Founder

Yuku NG, the chief founder of TripOptimizer, used to be the Assistant Regional Headquarters Director (Information Technology Training) of the Kowloon Regional Headquarters of the Scout Association of Hong Kong. More than 20 years of experience in research and development in the travel technology industry. At the same time, he operates a travel information platform and an air ticket bidding platform. He has sufficient experience in comparing prices, connecting different systems, communicating with different companies, and comparing data. In 2001, he founded a technology company with his friends. Unexpectedly, the two Hong Kong economic crises in 2003 and 2008 hit the company’s business hard.

In 2013, he saw the rise of the travel price website, and wrote the hotel air ticket price website program for a medium-sized travel agency. In 2016, due to a personal experience, the Storage Select mini storage price network was founded. In 2017, the first local online air ticket price comparison platform “Airbare” was launched, and won the “Hong Kong Smart City Award 2018”. In 2019, TripOptimizer (旅优), the first fully automated order management system for travel agencies in Hong Kong, was launched. Relying on years of cognition in the tourism market and the strength of excellent IT technology, it will bring more people the convenience of life and travel.
